Seals and drips and hightops westy

Hi all, im newbe to t25, just bought a west high top. having fun doing some simple repairs.
my main concern is stopping drips before winter, had the skylight off and replace some of the rotten wooden frame and re-sealed it today.
its also seams to be leaking through the roof seal aswell, the seal is looking old and cracking with some moss in places, bought some tiger seal and was hoping just to go over the top of old seal with it. there is some signs of rust on the guttering? Should i Replace the seal, is it and long hard job, Or would sealant fix it for a year or two?
