After buzz ticking over very low and lumpy since I bought him,I just read my Haynes manual and compared the carb.
on the top of my carb that I just lovingly cleaned it says pierberg 2e, in the Haynes manual I found an idle adjustment screw but it said 2e3 only .
i just adjusted the screw as per manual and now my tick over is purrrrrfect !
My point is which carb do I have or is there not a lot of difference ?
2e or 2e3 carb

What is important is that number, 025129015 is a t25 2e3 carb.
it may well have 2e written on it as i have shown.
