No reading on temp gauge

Post by craigy8 »

Afternoon

I have been looking in the Wiki site to try and resolve this but I am struggling from what has been mentioned.

My issue is if I take the sensor plug out it flashes red and goes to maximum heat on the dash. The min I plug it back in it flashes and goes to zero reading. I have cleaned the connectors and the sendor unit and it makes no difference.

Please can anybody help

Many Thanks

Craig

Have you tried pulling the 42/43 relay out - see if that makes any difference!
(Although the symptoms you describe are a bit weird??!? It's worth a try pulling the relay to see if that changes anything)
