Fuel tank filler seal/grommet

Morning All ,

Awaiting Fuel Tank parts from Mr. Baxter , in the meantime need some advice .....

I need to replace Fuel Tank Filler Neck Seal, now can I do this without lowering Fuel Tank ?

Looks a bit tight/awkward but I'm sure with wheels off should be able to do so , has anyone
else done the same ?

Well Mickey , haven't time to hang about for help , so in middle
of dropping Tank now on my own .
I've come in for a smoke !
Hope yours works out Ok ., taken my time obviously and so far ok..
Let you know how I get on .
