dashboard mounted flasher .. for towbar

I am getting my towbar socket wired up early next week and I've been told to buy a dashboard mounted flasher bulb, now required by law to show everything is OK when towing a trailer.

The first option was an audible relay, but the flashing version seems a better option

When could i buy one of these and what do they look like.
