On a campsite this will probably be marked as a Chemical Disposal Point or CDP. On some sites, it might appear as an Elsan Point. If you can’t find an official emptying point, your only option will be to flush the contents of your toilet down a normal WC, which may mean taking it back home.

Re: Chemical toilet disposal
Yes, I bought a Beta Coupe in 1981 and it's still here with me. It's not rotten, but in need of some new paint and a bit of repair to the odd rusty bit (eg around the corners of the windscreen). Mine's Amaranth, which is dark brown to you and me, and suits the car very well. Still smells of the underseal used back in 1981. A very well arranged, high performance car, which continues to give excellent service.
I shall continue flushing my nasties down the bog here at home then, seems the simplest solution.
No pun intended.

Re: Chemical toilet disposal
Very nice. Mine was the previous model, slightly different grille, that's about the only difference I think!
Well done posting the pic, I still haven't mastered that trick yet.
Gotta get my camper up to spec before I tackle the Lancia, but it's next on the list.

Re: Chemical toilet disposal
Not Lancia but bog related;
I lift a drain cover in the back yard, then down it all goes. Then hose anything that needs hosing down with a hose (got any 'o's?) in the yard. I can rinse out the bog two or three times so it's all nice and clean, then wipe it and leave it to dry off before repleneshing with chemi fluid before back in the van.

Are we going on anything else?

Re: Chemical toilet disposal
I agree lifting a manhole cover is better than risking the dreaded splash back in the bathroom, but I don't have a suitable one. (It's in full view of the neighbours...no no no!!). So I'll continue dumping indoors, but I did think I'd just ask.
It looks pretty dire as it swirls around the pan, frothing and gurgling......can we go back to Lancias please...

Only No1s allowed in ours so it goes down grid on the drive no probs, then a good hose out.
Neither I or wife have ever had a Lancia. Or an Alfa. Did have a fiat though. And a ducati.

Re: Chemical toilet disposal
No Lancias (unfortunately), but a 75 v6 and a 155 in my past, and no chemikhazi in the van - but we DO have a septic tank, rather than mains drains. I wonder what the fierce blue stuff'd do to the nice friendly poo-munching bugs in that...?
