Rear disc kits - not long now!

First off, this isn't a sneaky sales pitch!

Just a heads up to say that my rear disc kits should finally be ready in about 10 days. I have had a few delays, mostly caused by day-to-day work but also over a minor but important part, which involved re-sourcing less that optimum materials and a lot more machining...

Everything is going out for plating Monday/Tuesday next week (14/15th July), should be back with me a few days later.

Thanks to everyone who has enquired for being so patient, there will be 20 or 21 kits available in this batch.

What components are included in the kit? Is it necessary to buy any additional parts to complete the conversion? Thanks.

Now that (almost) all components are back in stock, I am pleased to tell you good people that the fitting kits will cost you £408.00 delivered to your doorstep by UPS/DHL.
This price is vat inclusive.

The kit comprises caliper adaptor brackets CNC waterjet cut and machined from tough EN8 plate steel (not cheese), adjustable handbrake cables, full-length caliper-to-body Aeroquip brake lines, 10.9 fixings and disc centralizing rings.
The price also includes machining of your rear hubs and the installation (but not supply) of rear studs should you require.
The procedure is: email my works for details, you send your hubs, I machine them & box up the whole shebang, ask you to pay and ship only once funds have cleared our account.
Bank transfers preferred over paypal.
You will need to buy: calipers discs and pads from a VW Sharan/ S..t Alhambra/ F..d Galaxy from 1996-2003 (possibly later)
Disc is 268 x 10mm and pads are the most popular VW one, Delphi LP 565 IIRC.

PS due to waiting for one of the special bolt types to come in (last minute oversight) there will be a shipping delay as I am out for a good chunk of August, so best to wait until Monday 25th if at all possible.
