Original hubcaps/ baby moon caps on 15 inch steelies?

If I were to change to 15 inch mefro steelies is it possible to somehow fit original T25 hubcaps or baby moon caps to keep that vintage styling thing going on?

so obviously not a common thing for T25's then :)

Googling round there seems to be plenty of hot rods using baby moons on 15" steel wheels, so not an impossible mission...
