I'm in the process of fitting a Rusty Lee 3/4 bed, but there is a 'bulge' in the bulkhead affecting the position of where the o/s bed fixing point should fit to the bulkhead. I think my choices are to cut it out and weld in a flat piece or crack out the 'mending hammer' and see how far that takes me.
Has anyone else encountered this? How did you get the bed fixed?
Thanks
Iain

I can't envisage exactly what you have there but - can't you pack out the other fixing points to suit instead?
