Changing my engine

I have just brought a golf 1.9tdi aaz engine for my T25.
Is this a big job to fit ? And how much would it cost for someone to fit ?

You might have missed the "Alternative engines " forum where this post would be well received.
As it is the moderaters will probably move it.
I should point out that this conversion is a popular one, there has been a lot posted about this, so if you use the search you might just find what you seek

Hate to be a pedant, but an AAZ is TD not TDi :)
