fitting brickwerks seat belt kit

I've got a Brickwerks seat belt kit to fit.

This is where it's going to go. It has the mounting holes for the bottom bracket but not the hole for the shoulder loop, assuming I've understood it. I think I need to drill a hole where the red arrow is, is this correct? Do I just need 1 hole?

for extra £50 seatbelt services who are based in London (as you are) would have come to you and fitted a seatbelt...at least you know its done properly then...wouldn't be mucking about fitting seatbelts if you don't know what you're doing...

One hole to drill in pillar for the shoulder loop yes. (Or do what Slippy did to stop the spreader plate from slipping and drill another next to it - up to you)

If the Brickwerks kit is the same as mine then the reel goes in the void below where you already have holes to mount the fixing. The lower seat belt mounts will be the ones your lap belts already use.

This is the first thing I ever did on my T25.

Easy. I had the holes already, but wouldn't hesitate now to take the drill to it and put the holes in.

These are copies of the original seatbelt mounts as fitted to 253+ models.

All we need is a van in the workshop so we can try trial fitting them, once we are happy they will be for sale.
These brackets mount in the factory position either by welding if you wish or we have put hole is for pop rivetting into place.

I'm quite happy to fit a seatbelt for free if it's a RHD left hand belt on one of the panel van conversions just so we can complete our kits, do some instructions and get them on sale.

Apologies for stating the bleedin' obvious, but just in case there's any confusion, this bracket and the seatbelt attached to it should not be face fixed onto the body panel with pop-rivets. What Simon means is that the plate goes on the back of the panel with a pop rivet or welds to locate it and stop it moving. The seatbelt then bolts into it through a pre-drilled hole in the body panel.

As above, not trial fitted yet, so they are not for sale.
Until we get a van here for a seatbelt fitting and we get to try them out we won't be selling them.
