Replacement door cards

Post by dollyvan »

I am looking to change the cards in my van, I have found 3.6mm ply on eBay however unsure on the type of padding people are talking about and if it is a difficult task to complete once I source the material to cover.

Any ideas on materials and padding?

Personally i would use some upholstory material which means you have a fantastic range of patterns and colors which you can choose from to go with your interior but if you think it needs to be a bit more padded you could add some polyester fibre which can be bought in a roll and laid on the fabric and stapled behind .hope this helps. Spend it where you have to save it where you can.....
