Hi all
I'm currently in the process of Turboing my 1Y.
I've a 1Y with the TD block that I've been running in the van for the last year.
I've got a Turbo with both manifolds plus pump and injectors off an AAZ.
Aside of the Turbo oil return is there anything else major to consider?
I'll need a little advice on the vacuum hose layout.
How essential is an oil cooler and can ye point me in the right direction of how to do it?
Also, is there a tried and tested way of sorting out an air box and filter??
I'm currently using the original 1.7 setup which will have to go.
Any other do's and don't would be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to do something stupid and end up making my van less reliable!!
Turboing my 1Y...Any advice.

Hi. Got 1Y in my bus, running jx inlet and exhaust manifold was a straight chop. Air filter in standard postition, jx exhaust straight on. Getting 30-33 mpg.
Been in for about 15,000 miles. Me a happy bunny.
