I have checked out the WIKI and i'm not sure that it takes into account the array of stuff on the market at the mo available in shed shops up and down the country.
I was going to use sections of flashband on the panels, but is a square in the middle ok or do I have to plaster everything?
I am then confused as to the use of the foil bubble stuff, reycled glass insulation, pipe lagging, celotex, etc , So much choice
Do you leave an air gap against the skin metal or cram in and try and fill the space.
I know I need to a polythene layer behind the wall covering to provide a vapour barrier.
Is it a good idea to wax oil what I can see while I've got the chance?
Sorry for all the questions I'm sure they have all been asked many times before, Just seems so many options & what I dont want to do is cause rot problems in the future.
Insulation advice please.

If I were you I'd just use Youtube and look at 'motorhome insulation' - there are some great ideas on there (tons) that needn't cost a bomb either.
