ok so the temp gauge does not work on my 1990 1.6td. can anyone tell me where the sensor is? a pic of the engine with a nice big arrow on it would be cool. failing that a brief description would suffice.

On my 1.6td the sensor for the temp gauge is where the hose connection goes into the end of the cylinder head.There are two sensors. Looking from the back of the van to the where the timing belt cover is this means opposite/other side from it where the small heater hose comes out of the head.My temp sensor is the left hand one looking from that position.
