steering wheel adapter spacers

Hi,

Im trying to fit a golf steering but it doesnt reach down to the stalks and horn ring.

Ive looked through the wiki on here and discovered that I need some spacers.

Will these ones do the job?

I know they might need filling down as they are 7mm. But just want to check they will fit in the holes etc
