Leak
I have a leak at the front of my van, I've had the windscreen removed and refitted by professionals the metal was all in good condition with no holes or rust. The water runs down internally to the left of the clutch pedal (lhd) and puddles under the carpet, are there any known areas? Also merry Christmas to you all and all the best for 2014 .
Cheers all

Re: Leak
When mine did that it was caused by a hole in the clutch master cylinder.

I have read on here that the windscreen washer jet mountings is a place where water can get inside the van.
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

Re: Leak
It could be windscreen washer jets, wiper spindle seals or aerial.
Is it defiantly water, if the master cylinder leaks it pools in the footwell.

Re: Leak
Definitely water and only when it rains, it's fine at the moment so I'm going to re seal the Ariel blank and a quick check of windscreen wiper grommets, it's bloody annoying!

Re: Leak
I replaced the rubber earlier in the year but didn't use any sealant so I got a windscreen company to do it with the proper goop

Re: Leak
I've had the clocks out today and had a right good fondle about (now have a shredded hand) and can't feel any wet below the windscreen/wiper spindles/or Ariel, if I reach round I can get to the back of the door hinges and it's all wet in there, there's a rubber that runs down the pillar in front of the door which has become distorted and torn I wonder if this is playing some part
