Removing headlights to replace adjuster - how?

Hi, the van is a 1989 LHD with square lamps. How do I remove them so I can replace a broken adjuster?

If you take the plastic surround off (quarter turn anti clockwise of the 5 plastic fixings) and you will see where the replacement goes. Easy.

Yay! Those adjusters are a pig to fit though. Didn't want to brute force it and end up breaking it.
