T25 fit new engine and gearbox costs?

Hi I have an 83 T25 pick up that has no engine or gearbox, just props and radiator at front. Can someone give me arough IDE of cost to buy and fit an engine and gearbox???? And if a Subaru option much more expensive. It was originally a 1.6 diesel with 4 speed box, thanks.

recon on from £1k with a second hand T25 engine and gearbox from a van being broken done by a cheap mechanic with little warranty
decent scoobie installation with gearbox figure £2.5k upwards
decent TDi installation with suitable rebuilt box from £3.5k upwards
with rebuilt engine warranted add another grand at least
the more you do yourself potentially the cheaper it gets and depends what bits of the old wiring and engine and gear selectors you've got with the shell
