Does anyone know if the Air Flow Meter on a 2.1 dj is interchangeable with other vehicles.
I noticed it shares the same part number with the golf ones and most german cars of that era 025906301C , I just wondered if they were set up differently for the engine ranges.
Also the ECU, the part number varies for auto's and manual but are they the same. Im guessing they are set up differently for the 1.9 and 2.1 but could well be wrong.
My AFM is worn out, there does not seem to be much around for the t25 at a reasonable price whereas the golf ones can be got fairly easily. Also for the ECU which is ropey on mine.
