50 amps?? on each? is that the total of all the fuses added up?? most circuits will be fused at 10a even if they ony need 2a! so, you can safely use a 2.5 cable to power your fuse boxes, provided that it is fused! personally i would use a 4mm cable and fuse it at 40A ! for the D+ connection you are better off taking a new wire from the back of the alt!!
