How to replace wiper spindle

One if my wiper spindles has brokenness I've got a replacement, how do. Replace them please

Is it a dash out job or is there a simpler way please

i replaced the wiper motor years ago on my 1985 van , i did not take the dash out i brought the old unit out of van from behind the fuse box area just by dropping down the glovebox , cant remember what sort of job it was but its definately do able

did mine yesterday dash out fit motor and links dash back in but don't do what I did put in a screw which hold the bracket to the body which is too long it jammed the links I had to take the dash out again to find out why the motor was jamming up wont do that again for another 10 years
god did not let us invent metal to only make paper clips v6 camper not in his plan that was my idea.

I dreaded dash out for fixing my heater fan, but in the end it wasn't such a bad job if you take your time and go steady. :ok

to take the dash out is a simple job as long as the screws are not rusted badly near windscreen due to leaking screen , and the shear of bolts holding the column undo easily enough if you chisel them undone

I did it.... 3.5 hours in total. I'm so pleased its done
