I have a Panasonic stereo in my T25 has worked perfectly all the time.
I replaced the speakers with a pair from halfords. Sinc I have done that I get intermittent cutout on sound at higher volumes but only seems to be on cd??
Puzzled......I've bought a new Sony unit and am not pleased to find the back plug is not a straight swap but wanted to make sure the old one was faulty before I pay to have it changed!!
I've had the wires checked and told its the unit that's faulty.
Why doesn't it cut out on radio?

Re: Stereo probs
The stereo will cut out if the internal amp overloads due to, to much volume. it won't do it with the radio because the strength of the signal is not as strong as that produced by a cd. if you want more volume use more speakers and/or amplifiers
