Glow Plug Light Stays On

Post by Adama1979 »

Hiya, would appreciate a little help if possible.

Recently the glow plug light has stayed on for at least the 1st 10 minutes or will go off after about 5 if I use the indicators. Sometimes it stays in no matter what. I have no problem with starting and mechanically everything seems fine. Apart from it irritating me I don't want to ignore it if there's a chance it could be a sign of something more concerning. Could I be dealing with a wiring problem? If so what should I be checking in order of likelihood?

Hope you can help...ta

Thanks for the help here but i think I'll just buy a new relay to make sure.
