F '88 1.6d non turbo, Alt water drive belt. Size Query

Post by bradcab »

Hello again peeps,

Snaped the drive belt and nearly cooked it last night!

Now, any idea of the correct size for a 45 amp alt belt?

And, should there be one for the water pump and another one for the alt?

There is double bottom pulley but the outer pulley wheel don't line up with either the water pump or the alt.

The inner pulley wheel lines up with both water pump, and 45amp alt.

The belt that came off was 10/950?

Looked in Halfwitts and it lists 3 different sizes for 45 65 and 90 amp alts?

Gsf quoting 10-910 and 9.5-875
JK quoting 10-600? and 9.5-875

I seem to have a change over year T25 as listed parts are always >9/88 and 9/88 -90!

Would appreciate a little help with this one.
