Hi,
I have a 2.1DJ in my `84 tin-top twin slider which replaced a 1.9DG. Due to mismatch of ancillaries I have an oil cooler that is not connected to the water cooling system. I have since found that the source of an oil leak is from the top of the oil cooler. My question is simply, if I remove the oil cooler completely will the oil filter connect directly to the block without the cooler in situ?
Any assistance appreciated.
