Removable seats

I have a caravelle with a full set of seats, but the rear bench is the folding bed sort. During the summer, I take out the middle row, and use the bus with just five seats, but spmetimes i have to put them back, for various reasons. It's a real pain to get the awkward and very heavy middle row in and out of the bus, so I was wondering if there's an easier alternative. I suppose the weight of the originals is down to safety/seat belt fixing issues, but there might be an alternative I don't know about. Any suggestions for an easily removable middle row?
What about individual seats? Can you get single seats with belts for the middle row?
