Has happened a little after a right hand turn. The engine loses power if I switch off then switch on the engine is back to life and power. fuel tank is half full.
I am running a caddy type 1.9 non turbo diesel, 5 speed box.

Have you checked the fuel filter, when was the last time the water was drained from it?

Think you have read my mind I was planning tomorrow as diesel filter change day and see what happens. Will crack the water drain tonight and see what happens.
