Purely out of interest, how do you cut the corners for windows in a panel van?

Hole saw, the correct diameter for corner.

straight cuts with 1mm cutting disc on a 115mm grinder, then fine tune the curve with the edge of a grinding stone on the 115mm grinder.

i use a black & decker powerfile to finish off small curves etc ( but i only use the blue zircononia belts as they last longer :ok
