I want to try to keep the awning dry whilst its stowed on the front of the van, been looking about for giant drybags or big stowage bags... Not had much luck though

There are large dry bags around but they are quite expensive.
I bought a cheap barbeque cover for £2 and wrap it round the awning, then strap it down with bungees.

It's a Kyham Motordome sleeper, so quite long even when packed, the dimensions I needed is around 1.5m long by 45 wide and high.. So it's a funny shape..
I've been in touch with Alpkit and Musto to see if they could make a drybag that big.. Sadly not as they not have a machine big enough to seal it..
May look at making something using an old heavy groundsheet... It's just the matter of keeping the water out..
