Ask hoodie wearing Yoof to open it for you. Or smallest cheapest window gets an introduction to a centre punch. Or try any key shaped object in the lock and fit out how insecure your van has been for the last few years.

^ This one FIRST.

So are the keys IN the van, then? If not, leave it locked for the time being (assuming you can!), and hope like hell the keys turn up.

There's probably umpteen ways of getting round the locks, but they'd be better suited for PM than public.

Yeah was running errands today, took wheels to powder coaters, got new seat! Picked up gf, went to cash machine , retraced all my steps! No keys to be found anyway. So I guess I will need to get in to van, get new keys! Retumble door locks, what about ignition barrel?

If anyone can pm me the best way to get into my van, really don't want to break anything! Probably coat hanger style!

Wot a jib......

yeah I can probably get into it, just now the hassle of sorting it all out!

I think my locks were OK as my van came with 3keys and only one worked. Is there any difference between late and early ignition barrels?

some of that nylon strap stuff that goes round the outside of cardboard boxes, doubled up, see if you can get it between the door and door frame, then you can "steer" it over the pull-up button. Never tried it on a T25, but successfully got into my mums MK1 ford fiesta that way after locking the keys inside, a couple of decades ago!

Thanks Wychall, I just joined so I think its gonna take a while to get the membership, don't like the fact my van is sitting there with the possibility of the keys finding their way into my van without me!

Now this is why people have spare keys!

Yeh, you can. The passenger door & slider both lock from inside with the door open, then shut 'em - and bingo, you've locked yourself out.

Yes you can lock it. Just push the button down on the inside of the door, hold the lock opening handle on the outside as you shut the door and voila! Locked!
