Hi
My T25 runs pretty well most the time. Of late, it will start from cold and run fine, with plenty of power. On start up I always let it run a little while to warm up. ( not sure why?)
When warm, if i stop the engine and then start again (can be over an hour later) it sounds like it is running on only two cylinders. Power is equally lacking.
However, if i leave it for a couple of minutes to idle, i get full power and no issues. This is not a major issue but what could be the cause? I am worried it might get worse over time and a sign of something not quite right....
Many thanks
Mike

I may be very wrong but maybe one of your carbs has a dodgy choke and is nocking the balance out of sync on start up.

first thought was a choke issue as mick said, take air cleaner off before starting for second time and watch what chokes do.

HT leads are another common issue on these, breaking down and shorting to ground, especially if they still have their metal shrouds on the spark plug caps (these can be removed) but if this proves a cure I would swap them for NGK 5 ohm straights like these:
