just double checking the order of assembly that most people go for in a bare bones panel van. can anyone add to this if i have missed something or if there's an improvement to be had?
vapour barrier on tardis floor, sides and top - plastic sheet with silver tape
wood floor in the tardis, varnished with exterior wood varnish to protect
vinyl kitchen flooring cut to the extremities of the wood floor - glued down, what glue if so?
floor/wheel arch to top of van panel boards cut to fit just over the wood base and vinyl flooring and then clipped in
then units (bed and side unit - cooker and fridge etc) screwed down into the kitchen floor and wood floor making holes in both instead of cutting the kitchen floor to go around the units
finally headlining tucked neatly and held up with metal rods and grommets
order of assembly - wood floor, vinyl, panel boards, units?
