Autumn Event and Syncronauts AGM

Elsewhere on Syncro forum there are posts on the usual October Coney Farm event , which I asked expressions of interest for a while ago. Others have recently asked if its happening.

We originally had two members express interest, and one or two more since then, as well as one or two suggesting that Coney farm, whilst excellent for our purposes in many ways, is perhaps now getting a bit stale for those who've been theer two or three times. I can see it being used again especially for induction of newcomers to off-roading Syncros and no one has ruled it out for next Spring, however...

the Syncronauts have come to that great milestone - a first general meeting to hear how the club has developed since inception, listen to the views of all members' formally and to vote for committee members and officers for the future. So this is what the committee is now engaged in organising, rather than an October event, that may or may not have been as popular as last year - apologies to anyone looking forward to Coney farm and those 'pleasant' hills and challenging wooded slopes again in October.

Please watch out for notification from the Secretary of the date for the meeting, hopefully arriving in your Inboxes shortly. This will be of an on-line nature, being such a geographically dispersed club and one where most met in the first place, through internet forums.
That alone, should make it interesting - so I'll say no more and leave it to the Secretary's email letter to explain things.
