help glow plugs not turning off after starting 1.9d

help glow plugs not turning off after starting 1.9d

any one know why my glow plugs turn on ok for starting but after the engine is running the glow plug relay won`t turn off any clues.

also haveing trouble seting up the gears after fiting a 5 speed box to a 1.9d 1y :wink:
