Mobile Mechanic with VW knowledge on or around Wirral?

Hey folks! Im stuck, MOT & tax now out, and a van that wont run past warming up. Changed plugs, leads, belts, ignition mod, coil, checked pipes, changed pipes, temp sensors, cleaned carb... a fuel mix/timing issue maybe? i don't know enough to fiddle with that it seems. So if anyone has any recommendations for a mobile mechanic or fancies a gander themselves, let me know.

My crystal ball says early 1.9 petrol .....

Been parked up for winter ? Stale petrol, crap in petrol, blocked inline fuel filter, blocked carb inlet filter (IF pierburg) etc etc

This is converted to gas, does it not run on either fuel? and if it doesn't then its electrical/ignition not fuel related

Fresh Petrol and new filter Ian, driven throughout winter, ruff but there. Think it pooped itself once it realised it was due for its MOT.
To Steve, let you down a few times with this van, except for the snowed in part! Fancy a call out?? Thanks guys, i'll check all that out!
