Spotted: White 16" hi-top around Banbury

Heading north (or was it south? Dunno, too many miles yesterday) on M40 around Banbury area on Sunday, a white 16" on factory steels, possibly a Jaeger hi-top.
No sign of ratchet straps so not the usual syncro man for the area :wink:
