Engine upgrade specialists Wales.

I've got hold of a potential engine upgrade for my 1.6 TDi (it's a 1.9 AFN from a Passat). Anyway, to cut to the chase I was wondering if anyone knows of a specialist in Wales (south if possible) who can perform the operation? I've exhausted google and can't seem to locate anyone.
