Help Please - Carbs 2.0 Aircooled

Hello Gurus and Fountains of knowledge!
One of the vans carbs has lost it's little bent brassy thing that feeds the fuel in, which is causing stalling issues when breaking as it's obviously squirting fuel everywhere rather than a precise mist! (Apparently )

So where's the place to either source some replacements or get them serviced if such a thing exists??
