front brake calipers

hi on my 1985 t25 both front calipers are seized. the outer piston seems ok but the inner one wont budge is it worth stripping down and repairing if so where can i get repair kits from

if you want to hopefully fix it until next year , get covered in brake fluid with the thought of saving a few quid but loose some skin then ......
