Dellorto tuning

Hi

Where is the best place to go to get my Dellorto 36s tuned? Fitted them about 12 months ago and originally set up locally on a rolling road, ran fine, but the guy didn't have specific Dellorto experience. Recent mot test said that the engine was running rich.

Looking for recommendations preferably not too far from Nottingham, but willing to travel for a good service. Am I correct in thinking Steve at Gasure knows his way round these carbs?
