Just been looking at a van a mate just had sprayed at a local bodyshop. They put the mirrors on the wrong sides, lost a nut cap off the wiper spindle and sprayed over a hair on the front panel . Lots of overspray all over the place. At least the colour was right Should have done the rustoleum job!! They even broke the sliding door handle Hope I can get one for him or he'll nag me to death

I think on this occasion it was, in the main, a case of not being familiar with older vehicles. Though the hair in the paintwork was unforgiveable in any case. The over spray probably not forgiveable either. After thinking about it, totally unacceptable. £1300 for a second rate job!! Lot's of money but I suppose you get what you pay for In my opinion if you pay top price you should get a top job. Everything should be as it was when you delivered it apart from the improvements you paid for. I'll try to post pics soon if he lets me, he's a bit embarassed
