clutch issues

hi , my t25 i can not select any gears when engine running, with engine of i can select a couple but not all the gears any ideas anyone

If you've got a non-standard pressure plate, your problem could be due to the pressure plate 'hub' being too tall, and therefore making contact with the end of the release bearing guide, causing drag and inability to select gear. There was a thread about this on here a few months ago.

not sure what clutch i have fitted as havent had van long and its been stood up for ages. is it worth trying to bleed the clutch first

I note that you have posted this on the Alternative Engine bit of the forum, it would help us to help you if you say what motor you have fitted to your van ;) For instance a Suburu clutch is a very different kettle of fish to say a 2.0Ltr injection engine set up with a diesel bellhousing etc.
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

Mr Ghost, I think it's an aaz (judging by another post) however the clutch drag issue would cause similar symptoms regardless of engine type I think?
