Re: clayton seal
nope there not.
you have to measure what you have and buy the same , if you have n one then measure your gap etc and see the specs and work out which is best for yours

regarding the clayton seals, the ones i have fitted are a small profile one and i have been told that i will have to grind down the rim to make new ones fit, is this right?

Re: clayton seal
I ate to say this dave, but I think you might need a little bit of work where the rot is under the seal. I could be wrong but I would imagine maybe a small bit will need sorting.
Not touting for work though
, just dont want you putting new seals in and having leaks/ripping seal.

Re: clayton seal
hi Dave,i didnt say you would have to grind the frames, what i said was the seals i have/use are proberly bigger,if you wanted to use the seals i have you would proberly have to grind the frames, tho no one will know till you remove the window first. The seals fitted to your van look similar to the ones jk sell, tho i wouldnt but them from there as there crap,in my opinion.adam

Re: clayton seal
someone has cut the hole too big for the glass in use, so if you tried to fit a seal with a larger root then whilst it 'may'help on the corner, it would not fit onb the other areas,
to my mind galss out , template glass, add size of root of seal + 1-1.5mm, offer template up to door hole, and see where they cut it wrong, , as i said before i can do you very good supple seals that will conform to a tighter radius then any other should you need it, but one step at a time and sort the dimensions out as oultlined

Re: clayton seal
cheers for the replies.
Looks like i will be paying you a visit Jim!
Cheers for the heads up Adam, sorry if i got a bit confused with what you were saying.
Cheers Mickey, will do as you advise regarding size of the hole, but I will need some seals anyway to do the other windows. Are they on a roll or one piece?
cheers all
