Hi everyone!
I have this broken of front piece of actuator shaft, stuck inside the the maine hole in the bigger difflockaxle. I tried to drill it out but that did not work. I dont really know how to proceed with this matter?
Cant mount the new actatoras as is.
Would be gratefull if there could be a solution for this.

plus gas or rost off plus a sharp 4mm drill bit and small drill and a magnet
basically wash out the rust and use the drill to spin the broken stub keep washing out the rust until the magnet grabs the remains, or if really rusted in keep drilling till nothing remains except the hole

Plus gas, is?
Rust off? Somekind off spray to get rid off rust, I guess? I did spray the hole with rust solvent.
I guess that I go with the smaller drill bit first, then magnet, then bigger 4mm drillbit.
I already tried to drill it, but broke two bits very fast, without getting any material out off the hole. I am trying to drill it out while it sits in its place under the car. Think I have to get gearbox out on the floor, to do a better job, I guess.

Wurth Rost off is a product used as a penetrating fluid to loosen rusty hardware.
