Ay up,
I am going to replace the rear trail arm bushes and I'm sure they will be a barsteward to fit.
Have any of knowledgeable folks got any tips for the DIYer to aid fitment???

Getting them of the bloody van I find the hardest bit. Bolt normally seizes in the bush so you end up cutting the bolts with an air saw.
I drill the bushes 6 times down there length and they come out easy. Then without a special tool I use a vice and jubilee clips to compress and press the new bush back in to the arm.

Completely agree regarding the removal. I've since bought a recip saw which would of been very useful. Thanks for the tip regarding jubilee clips.
I'll give that a go.
