which way round do the seat runners go

hi,just had the seat runners coated and realise that they need to be spot welded to van.do the runner bits go to the front or the back,any pics would help.many thanks

brilliant answer, but can i ask, is it ok to bolt the runners down instead of spot welding?

providing you can do it and they are secure then yes , but beware the seat may catch the bolt heads
