Anyone with an AAZ engine. Help required

Now that I have your attention, I would like to ask anyone who has done or is doing the aaz conversion if they know of any strip down rebuild manual. You see, I aquired my engine in bits from a non running mk3 suposedly as a favour from a friend but has been a bit of a pain to assemble. Any help, ALL help will me much appreciated.

It's not for the van its for my golf. would like to put one in the van at some point though.
