Foam Floor mats as Awning floor?

Hi,

Ive searched but cant find any reference to it.
Our awning hasent a sewn in groundsheet and many sites want a breathable one anyway, I saw a "weavetex" one which was fine but in the recent wet weather was a little slippy then i thought of these.

Admittedly not cheap and bulky but would seem to be comfy, breathable and nonslip.

has anyone any experience of these or similar
