Fuel filler is at the front - means that the tank is up front where the front diff should be.

All syncros have a square fuel Filler at the back.

That's pretty much across the board on how to spot a syncro.
But also but not all have at tyres and raised suspension.

On looking over the Internet not all people selling their syncro puts in the description that it's a syncro.

Syncro trucks have the filler just forward of the rear wheel arch while syncro vans have the filler on the rear quarter panel above the wheel arch.
